WE ARE HIRING – CNC MACHINE ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

KNCS is looking for a skilled CNC Machine Assembly Technician with hands-on experience in machine assembly, fitting, and mechanical components.

Location

Pashamailaram, Hyderabad

Experience

2–4 Years

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble CNC machines and mechanical components as per engineering drawings.
• Perform machine fitting, alignment, and installation activities.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly diagrams.
• Handle mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, guideways, ball screws, and couplings.
• Assist with machine setup, testing, and commissioning.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical assembly issues.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in CNC machine assembly.
• Knowledge of mechanical fitting, tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
