Telecaller

A design-and-build construction company in Bengaluru that builds custom homes from architectural design through to handover. We are looking for an experienced Tele Caller (3-5 years) to convert enquiries into site visits and confirmed projects. Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up on inbound leads from Facebook, Instagram, website, IndiaMART, Justdial, Sulekha and other portals Make outbound calls to prospects planning to build a new home, renovate or add floors Explain our services, construction packages, per sq ft rates and process clearly to customers Understand customer needs: plot size, location, budget, timeline and number of floors Book site visits, office meetings and consultations with our sales and technical team Follow up regularly on WhatsApp and phone until the lead is converted or closed Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM / Excel daily Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, appointments and conversions Handle customer queries and objections professionally Requirements: 3-5 years of tele calling / tele sales experience, preferably in construction, real estate or interiors Fluent in Kannada and English; Hindi is a plus Clear, confident and persuasive communication Basic understanding of construction terms (sq ft, BHK, G+1/G+2, plan approval) preferred Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools Target-oriented, self-motivated, with strong follow-up discipline Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred What We Offer: Fixed salary plus attractive incentives on site visits and conversions Growth into Sales Executive / Customer Relationship roles Friendly, supportive team environment Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM
