Deputy Nursing Superintendent
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Deputy Nursing Superintendent to lead our nursing department and ensure excellence in patient care, nursing administration, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all nursing operations and nursing staff.
Ensure high standards of patient care and patient safety.
Manage nursing duty rosters, staffing, and manpower allocation.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control protocols, and hospital policies.
Conduct nursing audits, staff training, and performance appraisals.
Monitor nursing documentation, medication administration, and clinical practices.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth hospital operations.
Manage nursing inventory, equipment, patient grievances, and departmental reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (preferred).
Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
8–10 years of clinical experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and administrative skills.
