Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products and services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
- Maintain customer details and call records in the CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good relationships.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Hindi communication skills are essential; basic English is preferred.
