We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Representative to expand our reach among educational institutions and build valuable institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, universities, and coaching institutes to promote BrainBott's AI workshops and training programs.
Identify potential institutional clients and generate qualified leads through direct visits, networking, and referrals.
Connect with principals, directors, department heads, placement officers, and institutional decision-makers.
Present BrainBott's workshop offerings and explain their benefits for students, faculty, and institutions.
Schedule meetings, coordinate presentations, and follow up with prospective institutions.
Develop relationships with educational institutions to secure workshop bookings and long-term collaborations.
Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and institutional outreach targets.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
0–2 years of experience in field sales, educational sales, or institutional outreach.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable travelling locally and conducting in-person meetings.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Basic understanding of AI tools or educational technology will be an advantage.
Freshers with confidence and a willingness to learn are welcome.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
Performance-Based Incentives: Additional earnings based on qualified leads generated, successful institutional meetings, and lead conversions, as per company policy.
