ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our blue collar hiring team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing blue collar candidates across a variety of client requirements — all while delivering an exceptional experience to both candidates and clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

.Sourcing & Pipeline Building Proactively source candidates through multiple channels: job portals (Apna, WorkIndia, Naukri, etc.), WhatsApp communities, walk-in drives, referral networks, and community outreach.

.Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified blue collar candidates for recurring and new client mandates.

.Reach out to potential candidates via calls, messages, and in-person interactions; effectively pitch opportunities and gauge fitment.

.Coordinate and execute walk-in drives, placement camps, and community hiring events at ground level. Screening & Assessment Conduct telephonic and in-person screening interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and role fitment.

.Verify candidate documents, qualifications, and work history as per client and compliance requirements. Assess communication skills, willingness to relocate/travel, physical fitness requirements, and job readiness.

.Maintain accurate candidate profiles in the ATS and update pipeline status in real time. Interview Coordination & Offer Management Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and client/internal panels.

.* Brief candidates before interviews on role details, location, reporting structure, and expectations. Collect and relay timely feedback from selection panels; communicate outcomes to candidates with clarity and empathy.

• .Manage offer rollout, candidate follow-up, and pre-joining engagement to minimise drop-offs. Track joining confirmations and coordinate onboarding documentation handover. Reporting & Collaboration Update daily/weekly trackers with sourcing counts, interview counts, selections, joiners, and drop-outs.

.Share regular pipeline updates with the Hiring Manager and flag risk early. Collaborate with the operations and client servicing team to align on fulfilment timelines. Continuously learn about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and blue collar candidate personas.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in recruitment — blue collar or high-volume hiring experience is a strong advantage. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Hindi and English; ability to switch fluently between the two based on audience. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to connect with blue collar candidates from diverse backgrounds. Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interview → offer → joining. Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and basic office productivity software (MS Excel / Google Sheets).

High energy, target-driven mindset with a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Comfort with ambiguity — ability to operate effectively even when processes are evolving or requirements change rapidly. Willingness to do ground-level work: field visits, walk-in drives, and candidate mobilisation on short notice. Strong work ethic; eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated by impact rather than just routine.
