Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Retail Counter Sales Executive to manage counter sales, assist customers, and support daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle counter sales and assist customers with their purchases.

Manage day-to-day retail store operations.

Operate POS systems and handle basic computer-related tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store.

Ensure a positive customer experience.

Maintain sales-related records and provide regular updates to management.

Follow store procedures and operational guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification

Higher Secondary (12th pass).

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Knowledge of POS operations and prior retail store experience will be preferred.

Basic English reading and writing skills are mandatory.

Good customer-handling and communication skills.

Pay

₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
