Sales Associate (Gold Showroom)

Job Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

Explain gold jewellery designs, purity, weight, making charges, and pricing.

Assist customers in selecting gold jewellery, diamond jewellery, and other ornaments.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets and support showroom sales activities.

Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom looks presentable.

Handle customer queries, billing coordination, and follow-up.

Maintain product safety and follow showroom policies.

Build customer trust and encourage repeat purchases.

Required Skills

Strong sales and convincing abilities.

Presentable, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.

Interest in jewellery and retail sales.

Basic calculation skills and willingness to learn gold pricing.

Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in jewellery, retail, or luxury showroom sales will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude can also apply.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
