We're seeking a Zoho CRM Executive who enjoys improving processes, managing CRM data, building automation, and supporting business teams. If you've worked hands-on with Zoho CRM and want to take ownership of CRM operations, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Manage and maintain Zoho CRM on a daily basis

Create workflows, automation rules, reports, and dashboards

Support lead management and sales pipeline activities

Ensure CRM data is accurate, organized, and up to date

Handle data imports, updates, and cleanup projects

Work with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations

Support CRM integrations with business tools and platforms

Identify process improvements and help drive CRM efficiency

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of hands-on Zoho CRM experience

Experience creating workflows and automation

Strong understanding of CRM data management

Experience building reports and dashboards

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership

Nice to Have

Experience supporting Sales or Marketing teams

Exposure to CRM integrations

Experience with CRM process improvement initiatives
