Safely drive the Director to office, meetings, appointments, events and other destinations.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per the daily schedule.
Maintain complete punctuality and flexibility as per the Director’s requirements.
Plan efficient routes and use GPS/navigation when required.
Maintain the car's cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation.
Regularly check fuel, tyre pressure, engine oil, brakes, lights and other basic vehicle requirements.
Coordinate timely servicing, repairs, car washing and other vehicle maintenance.
Ensure all vehicle documents such as Insurance, PUC, RC and other required documents are valid and updated.
Follow all traffic rules and maintain safe and defensive driving practices.
Handle the vehicle responsibly and report any issue, accident or maintenance requirement immediately.
Assist with luggage, documents or other items whenever required.
Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the Director’s personal, professional and business-related matters.
Maintain polite, disciplined and professional behaviour at all times.
Be available for local and occasional outstation travel as required.
Perform other driving-related duties assigned by the Director.
