We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily business operations, maintain records, manage documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, strong communication abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily back-office and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update company records, databases, and documents.
• Enter, verify, and process data accurately.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
• Handle emails, documentation, filing, and record management.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and vendors as required.
• Assist with invoice processing, order management, and billing documentation.
• Verify information and ensure data accuracy.
• Track pending tasks and follow up with relevant departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Support management with daily operational activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications are preferred.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
