Business Development Executive (BDE)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and prospecting.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual benefit and profitability.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills

• Any Bachelor’s degree preferable in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experienced in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
