Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily production, stock and material consumption records.
• Enter and update data accurately in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare daily production reports, stock reports and dispatch records.
• Maintain inward and outward material records.
• Update employee attendance and other plant-related data.
• Coordinate with production, stores and accounts departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets, formulas, sorting and filtering.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing plant will be preferred.

Candidate Preference

• Candidates living in or near Amta, Howrah will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay

₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
