Customer Support Executive

WE ARE HIRING!Customer Support Executive Company: Deccan Dart Express Industry: Logistics & Courier Services Job Location: U Block, DLF Phase 3, Gurugram, Haryana Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, emails and WhatsApp. Provide shipment tracking updates and delivery status to customers. Coordinate with courier partners for pickup, delivery and POD-related issues. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain shipment records in MS Excel. Manage email communication and respond to customer requests professionally. Coordinate with Operations, Accounts and Sales teams. Follow up on delayed shipments and ensure customer satisfaction. Required SkillsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and computer operations. Good follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills. Candidates with Logistics / Courier Industry experience will be preferred. Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. Salary growth based on performance. Full-time, work-from-office position.
