Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor residential construction work from excavation to final finishing. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, supervisors, vendors, architects, and clients. Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. Monitor daily site progress, manpower, and material requirements. Coordinate RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and finishing activities. Track project timelines, identify delays, and follow up for timely completion. Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, BOQs, and project documentation. Ensure materials are available at the site and avoid unnecessary delays. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve routine execution issues. Support project planning, execution, and coordination across multiple sites. RequirementsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 1 year to 10 years of experience in civil construction or residential turnkey projects. Practical knowledge of residential construction activities and site execution. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage site activities, contractors, and project schedules. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for site visits. Candidates with immediate or short-notice availability are preferred. SalarySalary will be based on experience, technical knowledge, and current skills.
