Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our insurance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining insurance products, and generating business through calls.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain insurance products, including Health and life insurance policies.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer information and call records.
Provide professional customer service and build good customer relationships.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales-oriented attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Candidates with prior experience in insurance sales or tele sales will be preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
