Job Description – Site Technician (Telecom)Position

Site Technician – Telecom

Job Responsibilities

Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment and sites.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities as assigned.

Attend site breakdowns and resolve technical issues within the required timeline.

Perform basic electrical, RF, transmission, and telecom equipment checks.

Assist Site Engineers in installation, integration, and commissioning activities.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and PPE.

Follow all safety procedures while working at telecom sites and towers.

Maintain site activity reports, checklists, and other required documentation.

Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Team for daily work activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

10th Pass or above can apply.

Freshers can also apply.

Previous experience in telecom O&M or installation will be an added advantage.

Must be willing and physically fit to climb telecom towers.

Willingness to travel to different telecom sites as required.

Basic understanding of telecom/electrical equipment is an advantage.

Ability to work outdoors and in field conditions.

Skills

Basic technical and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Teamwork and coordination skills.

Willingness to learn telecom installation and maintenance activities.
