Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, visitors, and property.

Monitor and control entry and exit points of the hotel.

Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises, including guest areas, parking areas, and public spaces.

Prevent unauthorized access and report suspicious activities.

Handle emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, and security threats as per hotel procedures.

Monitor CCTV cameras and maintain security logs.

Assist guests with directions and basic information when required.

Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services when necessary.

Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security policies.

Prepare daily incident and shift reports.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.

Ex-servicemen will be given preference.

Previous experience in hotel security, industrial security, or related field is an advantage.

Good physical fitness and alertness.

Basic communication skills in Tamil and English.

Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Strong discipline, integrity, and professional appearance.

Food and accommodation benefits as applicable.

Pay: ₹18,000.53 - ₹19,000.72 per month
