Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and process-driven Production Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of our robotics production line. This role requires planning, resource allocation, manpower supervision, and continuous process optimization to ensure timely and quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning \& Control

• Plan daily production activities and ensure alignment with delivery targets

• Coordinate with stores and purchase team for material availability

Team Supervision

• Supervise floor staff, technicians, and machine operators

• Allocate manpower and shift duties

Process Monitoring \& Reporting

• Maintain daily production logs, quality records, and performance KPIs

• Identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions

Coordination with Quality \& R\&D Teams

• Collaborate with QC and design teams to resolve production issues

• Ensure design compliance in assemblies and fittings

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering

• 3–6 years of production line experience, preferably in hardware or robotics

• Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills

• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing
