About the Role
AVENTUS is hiring an Electrical Technician to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems for our client college campus facility in Saravanampatti. You will keep building services and utility equipment running reliably with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment
Operate and maintain DG sets, air conditioners, HVAC systems, pumps, motors and other utility equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults quickly
Follow preventive maintenance schedules to maximise equipment uptime
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
Follow all safety procedures and site rules
Requirements
Diploma or ITI in Electrical (EEE / Electrician trade)
3-5 years of experience in facility or utility maintenance
Hands-on knowledge of DG sets, pumps, motors, AC / HVAC and general utilities
Ability to read basic electrical drawings and use testing tools (multimeter, megger, etc.)
Willingness to work in shifts and attend breakdown calls when required
Immediate joiners preferred
