Qualifications

Graduate or postgraduate degree.

0–2 years of experience in hotel reservations.

Strong technical proficiency along with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee hotel reservations and manage inventory.

Maintain and optimize OTA listings.

Monitor and update real-time inventory across platforms such as Airbnb, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and Booking.com.

Operate and manage channel management systems.

Assist with online sales efforts and business development activities.

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customer accounts through clear and engaging communication.

Deliver accurate, complete, and dependable information about our holiday homes and services.

Manage customer escalations and challenging situations in a professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
