We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Helper to assist with the day-to-day operations of our office and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the office.
Sweep, mop, dust, and keep workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas tidy.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist with basic office errands and day-to-day tasks.
Keep the pantry and kitchen area clean and organized.
Help arrange meeting rooms and maintain office supplies.
Assist staff with general office support whenever required.
Requirements
Honest, reliable, and punctual.
Well-mannered, polite, and presentable.
Willingness to take responsibility for daily office tasks.
Previous experience in office cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
