Job Summary: The Purchase and Store Executive is responsible for timely procurement of plant materials (preforms, caps, labels, cartons, chemicals) and managing warehouse inventory to ensure smooth, continuous production without stockouts.

Core Responsibilities

Procurement: Source vendors, negotiate prices, and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for packaging and raw materials.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels, set reorder points, and implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) for packaging consumables.
Store Management: Receive incoming goods, inspect quantities, and issue materials to the production line based on daily schedules.

Documentation: Maintain Goods Received Notes (GRNs), update ERP/Tally systems, and coordinate bills with the accounts team for vendor payments.

Key Requirements

Education: Graduate degree (Commerce, BBA, or Supply Chain Management).
Experience: 2–4 years in store/purchase operations, preferably in FMCG or Beverage plants.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel software; strong negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
