Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

Nanavati Group is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Digital Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating additional business by promoting digital marketing packages and value-added services to existing customers of the Nanavati Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to introduce and promote digital marketing packages and value-added services.
• Generate revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Sales teams for customer campaigns and service delivery.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records, follow-up details, and regular MIS reports.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services to maximize business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a strong interest in sales and revenue generation.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage customer follow-ups effectively.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
