Jewellery Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Jewellery Telesales Executive to join our team in Surat.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, discounts, and promotions.
• Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
• Update customer details, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience in telecalling/telesales preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Proficient in English, Hindi \& Gujarati.
• Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and customer data management.
