About the Role
Lorio Homes is a leading showroom specializing in premium imported Italian marble and luxury surface solutions. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator to manage sales coordination, team handling, customer follow-up, reporting, and day-to-day sales operations at our Aluva showroom.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales coordination, team management, reporting, customer relationship management, and sales operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination
Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of the showroom sales team.
Manage lead allocation, follow-ups, quotations, customer enquiries, and sales pipeline.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospective customers.
Monitor sales opportunities from enquiry to order closure.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
Team Handling
Coordinate and monitor the performance of sales team members.
Allocate leads and ensure proper follow-up.
Conduct regular sales follow-up and status reviews.
Track pending leads and ensure timely action.
Assist the Sales Manager in maintaining team productivity and sales discipline.
Support training and onboarding of new team members.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Track individual and team-wise sales performance against targets.
Monitor lead generation, conversion, quotations, orders, billing, advances, and pending payments.
Maintain accurate sales data and CRM records.
Provide management with regular updates on sales performance and pending opportunities.
Customer & Internal Coordination
Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and business customers.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, logistics, accounts, and management.
Coordinate product availability and delivery requirements.
Maintain a professional and premium customer experience.
Handle customer follow-ups and coordinate issue resolution with the relevant departments.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
4+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, showroom sales, or a related role.
Proven experience in team handling and sales reporting.
Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM/reporting systems.
Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
Target-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively.
Experience in marble, tiles, sanitaryware, interiors, building materials, luxury products, or related industries will be an advantage.
Language Skills – Preferred
Fluent Malayalam and English is preferred.
Knowledge of Hindi and/or Tamil will be an added advantage.
Candidates who can communicate effectively in multiple Indian languages will be preferred, considering our diverse customer and client base.
