Shift: Night Shift/US Shift (6:30 PM to 4:00 AM)
Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday-Sunday Fixed off)
Job Type: Full time/Permanent
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding claim status and payment follow-up.

Follow up on denied, pending, and unpaid medical claims.

Speak professionally with insurance representatives.

Document call outcomes and update claim status in the billing system.

Work according to US healthcare medical billing procedures.

Preferred candidates: Experience in international voice processes, BPO calling, customer service, or US healthcare AR calling.

Requirements

Excellent English Communication (Written and Verbal).

Minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience in a US medical billing field.

In-depth knowledge of medical billing and account receivable processes, medical terminology, and ICD-10 and CPT coding.

Experience in working with insurances, filing appeals and identifying requirements for specific coverage criteria.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Electronic Health Records (EHR) software, and medical billing software.

Excellent organizational, and customer service skills.
