Prepare and cook a variety of authentic North Indian dishes.

Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion sizes, and presentation

Prepare ingredients, marinades, sauces, and gravies according to recipes.

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards.

Monitor food stock, check ingredient quality, and minimize food wastage.

Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Follow food safety, storage, and temperature-control procedures.

Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and daily food preparation.

Ensure timely preparation and service of orders.

Maintain proper storage and labeling of food items.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
