Job Description

Elastic Brand, an elastic manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced and customer-friendly Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, generating business leads, following up on enquiries, and maintaining good relationships with existing and potential clients.

Candidates with experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or B2B customer handling will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Introduce and explain the company's elastic products to customers.
• Generate new business leads and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product requirements and orders.
• Maintain customer databases and call records.
• Follow up with clients for repeat orders and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and business partners.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales calling, or customer handling.
• Experience in manufacturing, textiles, garments, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
• Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow up consistently.
