Growth marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads through various marketing channels.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support business development activities.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and product catalogs.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Maintain relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Assist in brand-building initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and digital marketing agencies for campaign execution.
• Maintain the marketing database and customer records.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (preferred).
• Good analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking with problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand promotion.
