Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily Milk GRV booking and reconcile farmer delivery notes with milk received at the plant.
• Reconcile maintenance, repair \& maintenance, and spare-parts consumption costs.
• Reconcile Engineering Store spare-parts issues with maintenance and repair activities.
• Handle CAPEX reconciliation, including approval verification, cost allocation, and Sage booking.
• Monitor and reconcile fuel consumption for generators, forklifts, and company vehicles.
• Verify supporting documents, quantities, values, invoices, and accounting entries.
• Prepare daily plant reports and reconciliation statements as required.
• Identify and report variances, discrepancies, and accounting mismatches.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of GRV, inventory, costing, invoices, and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of Sage / ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify variances.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
