Finance Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Accountant to manage the company's financial records, accounting operations, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Tally Prime, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, books of accounts, and financial records.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Handle GST calculations, returns, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, Profit \& Loss reports, and balance sheets.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and outstanding payments.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly account closing.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, clients, auditors, and tax consultants.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
