E-commerce & Performance Marketing Executive

We are building YOU Skincare, a premium D2C skincare brand selling across our own website and leading e-commerce marketplaces. We are looking for someone who can take end-to-end ownership of digital and e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on sales and profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
• Plan performance campaigns focused on CAC, ROAS, conversions \& revenue
• Develop creative testing strategies — hooks, UGC, reels, static ads \& offers
• Support growth across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart \& Myntra
• Plan marketplace promotions, campaigns and visibility opportunities
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates and advertising performance
• Identify winning products/creatives and scale them
• Coordinate with designers/video editors for performance creatives
• Improve product pages, offers and conversion funnels
• Prepare clear daily/weekly performance reports and action plans
• Take ownership of marketing execution rather than waiting for instructions

Requirements

• Experience in D2C/e-commerce or performance marketing
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Understanding of Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra marketing preferred
• Knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce funnels
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate \& AOV
• Creative mindset with understanding of UGC/reel-style advertising
• Beauty/skincare experience is an advantage
• Must be analytical, proactive and comfortable taking ownership

Salary: ₹18,000–₹23,000/month, or based on relevant experience and capability. Performance incentives can be linked to measurable growth.
