Assistant Coach

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Coach who has a passion for sports and working with young athletes. The candidate will assist the head coach in conducting training sessions, supporting athletes during practice, and helping manage daily coaching activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome – prior coaching experience is not mandatory
• Strong interest and passion for sports
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with students and parents
• Energetic, disciplined, and responsible attitude
• Ability to assist in organizing training sessions and sports activities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily class schedules, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Coordinate with coaches regarding class schedules, availability, attendance, and leaves.
• Handle student/parent communication and routine queries.
• Manage orders, inventory, and coordination with suppliers/vendors.
• Maintain student, coach, attendance, and other operational records.
• Handle emails, calls, WhatsApp communication, and general office administration.
• Prepare basic reports and assist management with day-to-day operational tasks.
• Ensure smooth coordination between students, parents, coaches, and management.

Pay
