Accountant

Job Profile – Accountant Position: Accountant Experience: 2 to 3 Years Qualification: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills) Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts. Prepare and record purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries. Handle bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance. Prepare GST data and coordinate for GST return filing. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables. Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes. Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks as required. Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports for management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. Required SkillsGood knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel. Basic understanding of GST and TDS. Good analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Preferred Candidate ProfileB.Com Graduate. 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting. Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (especially Excel). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
