Create and share customer bills/invoices via WhatsApp and collect online UPI/cash payments.
Check customer delivery addresses on Google Maps, plan optimized routes, and book delivery partners.
Hand over packed boxes to delivery riders with clear delivery directions and share delivery timelines with customers.
Coordinate daily cutting, sowing, and packing requirements with internal farm workers.
Greet occasional walk-in counter visitors and explain microgreens products.
Maintain simple daily stock counts of seeds and packaging materials in MS Excel.
