CNC Programming:Create and edit CNC programs for CNC Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC machines.Programming on Fanuc / Siemens / Mazak / Haas controllers.Knowledge of G-code & M-code programming - Manual & Auto programming.Tool selection, setting parameters - Feed, Speed, DOC as per drawing.2. Machine Operation & Setup:Machine setup, job setting, tool setting & offset correction.Prove out new programs and optimize cycle time.Knowledge of 2D / 3D programming - Mastercam / Delcam / PowerMill / Fusion 360 / AutoCAD.3. Quality & Documentation:Read & understand engineering drawings, GD&T.First piece inspection, in-process quality checking.Knowledge of measuring instruments - Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge.Maintain program files, tooling sheets & setup sheets.4. Coordination:Coordinate with Production, Quality & Maintenance team.Train CNC operators for new programs.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of CNC Programming (VMC / HMC / CNC Lathe)Mastercam / AutoCAD / Any CAM softwareFanuc / Siemens ControllerDrawing reading & GD&TProblem solving & Cycle time reduction.
