Talent Acquisition Manager – Dry Fruit House Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Bengaluru Industry: Retail / FMCG / Food Job Description: Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail stores, warehouse, corporate and support functions across India. Manage and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and timely closures. Handle high-volume and multi-location hiring. Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, social media, colleges and local hiring drives. Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage salary negotiations and drive offer-to-joining conversion. Work closely with management and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline and daily/weekly hiring MIS. Ensure critical positions are closed within agreed timelines and maintain backup candidates. Requirements: 5–8 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience. Experience in high-volume hiring and team management. Strong sourcing, negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Retail/FMCG/warehouse hiring experience preferred. Strong ownership and result-oriented approach with a focus on closures and joinings .
