Job Title: Equity Market Dealer Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Department: Equity / Capital Markets Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–5 years preferred Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Equity Market Dealer to handle client orders and execute trades in the equity markets. The candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate order execution, monitoring market movements, assisting clients with trading-related queries, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute buy and sell orders in equity markets on behalf of clients. Monitor live market movements, stock prices, volumes, news and market trends. Receive and accurately process client orders through trading terminals. Provide clients with information regarding order status, trade execution and market movements . Maintain high accuracy while entering and executing orders. Monitor open positions, pending orders and client portfolios. Coordinate with the Risk Management, RMS, Back Office and Compliance teams . Ensure all trades are executed according to company policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain proper records of orders, trades and client instructions. Handle client calls and resolve basic trading-related queries. Stay updated on market developments, corporate actions and major economic events. Follow strict procedures relating to KYC, risk management and compliance . Escalate unusual transactions, technical issues or client complaints to the appropriate team. Maintain confidentiality of client and trading information. Required SkillsGood understanding of Indian Equity Markets . Knowledge of NSE/BSE and basic trading concepts . Familiarity with trading terminals and order types such as Market, Limit, Stop Loss, etc. Good knowledge of technical charts and market indicators is an advantage. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving market environment. Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel. Ability to work in rotational/extended market hours when required. Educational QualificationGraduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), Economics, Finance or a related field . NISM certification related to the relevant capital-market activity is preferred/required as applicable to the role.
