Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-driven, and persuasive Telesales Executive with a passion for travel to join our growing team in Kochi. In this role, you will be the friendly voice of our tour company, connecting with prospective travelers, understanding their dream vacation goals, and converting travel inquiries into unforgettable holiday bookings.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a deep appreciation for the travel industry, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective travelers and respond to online/offline tour inquiries to pitch domestic and international holiday packages.

Travel Consultation: Understand clients' travel preferences, budget, and group requirements to suggest the best-suited destinations, hotels, and itineraries.

Sales Conversion

Drive the sales process from initial pitch to closing deals, finalizing travel dates, and collecting advance payments.

Pipeline & CRM Management

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-up schedules, and booking pipeline statuses in the CRM system.

Customer Nurturing

Conduct timely follow-ups with warm leads and past travelers to encourage repeat bookings and secure referrals.

Target Achievement

Consistently work toward achieving individual and team-based monthly/quarterly sales targets and booking volumes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or reservations/sales within the tourism and hospitality industry.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills in English and regional languages, with a polite, persuasive, and confident phone demeanor.

Industry Knowledge

Basic geographical awareness of popular domestic and international holiday destinations is a strong advantage.

Sales Acumen

Strong negotiation skills, resilience against rejection, and a performance-driven mindset.

Technical Literacy

Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and booking management tools.

Education

High school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Pay

₹120,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
