Role Overview
This structured apprenticeship program is designed for ambitious fresh graduates and college pass-outs who want to build a solid foundational career in factory operations, process execution, inventory coordination, and manufacturing logistics. Selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure to operational processes, documentation, coordination, and manufacturing-related activities.
Key day-to-day responsibilities
Assist in daily operations scheduling, dispatch planning, and tracking production milestones on the shop floor.
Assist with packaging, purchasing, inventory management, and quality-related processes.
Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality checklists, and company operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
Track pending activities and support timely resolution of operational issues.
Learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives under the guidance of assigned mentors.
Stipends & Benefits
- Total Monthly Financial Benefit: ₹12,000 to 14,000/- (Includes Apprenticeship Stipend + Government Apprenticeship Benefit* + Conveyance Allowance).
