Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase / Sourcing Executive to manage the procurement of electronic components, PCB materials, mechanical parts, and other materials required for product development and production.

Key Responsibilities

Source electronic components, PCBs, connectors, cables, mechanical parts, and other materials.

Identify suitable suppliers and obtain quotations based on technical and commercial requirements.

Compare supplier prices, lead times, quality, and payment terms.

Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.

Coordinate with the hardware, production, and engineering teams to understand material requirements.

Maintain supplier databases, purchase records, and inventory-related documentation.

Track material availability and support urgent procurement requirements.

Verify received materials against purchase orders and required specifications.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of electronic components and their part numbers is preferred.

Good negotiation, communication, and vendor-coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

Ability to compare quotations and maintain purchase records.

Knowledge of electronics distributors and component sourcing is an added advantage.
