FITTER – JOB PROFILE
- Request clarification from Supervisors / Design Team on unclear drawings.
- Interpret fabrication drawings and layout jobs accurately.
- Mark, cut, drill and fit materials as per specifications.
- Check and verify material availability and fitting dimensions before welding or assembly.
- Maintain tools, equipment and work area neat and clean.
- Co-ordinate with Welders for joint preparation and assembly.
- Conduct self-inspection before passing work for Welding.
Request maintenance / replacement of worn-out tools
- Suggest better fitting sequence for quality improvement.
10) Preparation of Daily Production Record;
- Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
- Experience
- Two years’ experience in the relevant field is required.
- Education
- Minimum 8th Pass and above. ITI FITTER CERTIFICATION IS PREFERABLE.
- Age
- 20 yrs to 40 years.
- Pay
- ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
