Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential international clients through outbound calls and other sales channels.

Promote and sell Forex, Comex, and related financial market services to prospective clients.

Understand client requirements and communicate service offerings, benefits, and value propositions effectively.

Generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact and follow-ups to conversion and client onboarding.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Negotiate with prospects, handle objections, and close sales opportunities effectively.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track client interactions, follow-ups, and conversion performance.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services to existing clients.

Stay updated on Forex, Comex, indices, and financial market trends to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.

1–2 years of experience in International Sales, Business Development, or Service Sales.

Experience in Forex, Comex, Fintech, or financial services sales will be preferred.

Strong verbal communication, negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling skills.

Ability to communicate confidently with international clients and work across different time zones, as required.

Good understanding of sales processes, lead conversion, and client relationship management.

Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue generation and business growth.

Basic knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, Forex, and Comex services.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
