Job Opening: Customer Support Executive – Chat & Voice Process(Blended Process)

Job Role & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through chat and voice calls.

Assist customers with their questions, concerns, and service-related issues.

Provide accurate information and effective solutions.

Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

Record customer interactions and follow company processes.

Achieve assigned quality and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary Structure

Freshers: ₹12000-13991k CTC
Experienced Candidates: ₹13000-15544k CTC
