Job Description (JD) – Housekeeping Head

Industry: Jewellery Retail / Jewellery Store

Job Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff.

Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene throughout the jewellery store, including the showroom, office, washrooms, and pantry.

Maintain the cleanliness of display counters, floors, furniture, and glass surfaces.

Ensure the store is neat, presentable, and ready before opening hours.

Check housekeeping supplies and maintain stock.

Assign daily cleaning duties and monitor staff performance.

Ensure proper hygiene standards are followed by all housekeeping staff.

Coordinate with the store manager for daily housekeeping requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of housekeeping experience.

Experience in a jewellery showroom, retail store, hotel, or corporate office is preferred.

Good team management and communication skills.

Responsible, disciplined, and well-organised.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
