job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, supervise store staff, and ensure proper receipt, storage, issuance, and record-keeping of materials. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring smooth coordination with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the store.

Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.

Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.

Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and safe storage of all materials.

Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements.

Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material requirements and deliveries.

Verify materials received against Purchase Orders, invoices, and delivery challans.

Maintain records of inward and outward material movement.

Supervise and guide Store Executives, Store Assistants, and other store staff.

Ensure proper issuance of materials only against authorized requisitions.

Monitor slow-moving, damaged, expired, or obsolete stock and report to management.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports.

Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Kitchen, and other departments for material requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
