Job Description

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team at Indian Traveller.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via calls and WhatsApp.

Suggest suitable travel packages.

Share itineraries, quotations, and package details with clients.

Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into bookings.

Maintain customer records and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in sales, or customer service.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling skills.

Positive attitude, convincing skills, and willingness to achieve sales targets.
