Job Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to admitted patients (Health Seekers).
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
• Administer prescribed medicines, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as per the doctor's instructions and within professional scope.
• Assist doctors in patient examinations, clinical procedures, and emergency situations.
• Monitor patients' health conditions and promptly report any changes to the doctor.
• Maintain accurate patient records, medication charts, and nursing documentation.
• Ensure patient hygiene, comfort, safety, and proper care during their stay.
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare team members for effective patient care.
• Perform assigned duties during day or night shifts as per organizational requirements.

Required Skills and Eligibility

• Diploma in GNM from a recognized nursing institution.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Experience in both Allopathic and Ayurvedic healthcare settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing procedures, patient monitoring, and medication administration.
• Good communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts as required.
• Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
