Key Responsibilities Check and manage all incoming Facebook & Instagram (Meta) leads Call and WhatsApp new customers promptly Understand customer requirements, including product, quantity and location Maintain and regularly update all lead details in Excel Qualify genuine enquiries before forwarding them Connect customers with the appropriate sales/team member Follow up on pending enquiries Keep proper records of lead status and customer responses Ensure no genuine lead is missed Prepare basic daily lead and follow-up reports priority for digital marketting experience
